What you will do:
We are looking for an Export Customer Service Support to provide exceptional customer service experience for our customers & partners within EMEA. The role is based in the East Midlands area of the UK (Burton upon Trent near Derby). The main responsibility of the role will be to provide customer service to the EMEA region with a focus on our export partners and customers, covering and supporting over 50 countries within the region.
- Work with established partners along with new partners providing sales support and customer service on our portfolio of Interventional medical devices.
- Handling and recording of distribution orders and organizing international shipments including issuing the import/export documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage international shipments and ensures compliance of import/export documentation.
Skills for Success:
- 3-5 years relevant experience and education in a related background is desirable; fluency in English (native speaker), and knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, service minded and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Medical Devices or similar industry.
- Must be extremely organized.
- Expert knowledge and experience with MS Office and experience with QAD preferred
- Export experience is required and experience with Medical Devices or similar industry.
- Occasionally working from home is possible.
