Fawkes & Reece is recruiting for a tier one contractor who are market leaders in the construction industry. They have been in the industry for a long time and are a certified main contractor who are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work for 6 months on their latest venture.
You will be an External Site Manager on a new build residential block based in Kings Cross, you must have experience in external works and ground works. Working under a Senior PM to look after a £2.5m critical external package.
This is a freelance contract and although initially the contract is six months, there is no reason why the contractor wouldn't keep you for a longer term should you perform well throughout these initial six months.
