Fabric Engineer Job In Hounslow

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Fabric Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Fabric Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Fabric Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Delivering a building fabric service such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.
• Working in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills as you will be carrying out fabric repairs.
• Working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Updating any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Working with IT to record your tasks and updates.
  
  

To be successful for this Fabric Engineer role you must have:

• Background in facilities management, a trade scheme or served experience.
• Be IT literate for record keeping
• Have good customer service skills
• Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
• You'll need to be highly self-motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
