My client is a high end residential developer who have an exciting opportunity or a Facade Manager to join a large project in North London, on a temp to perm basis.
Details of the role are as follows:
- The scheme consists of a large number of RC frame apartments to be built over numerous blocks, The phase finishes in 2025 and after that, another phase will start - full project information will be given.
- The role will be joining a team of two others, a Senior Site Manager and a Trainee Site Manager
- The role will involve managing brick and block, SFS and cladding on an HA block - completely sold, so no chance of a slowdown in programme
- You will be experienced in working with facades, be driven, level headed and be able to work strategically following a streamlined QA process
- This is a temp to perm opportunity - £270-320 per day CIS or PAYE and £55-65k package on a permanent basis, dependent on experience - there is scope for negotiation.
- Immediate start for the right candidate - CSCS card required as a minimum
