Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with facades experience to join a reputable principle contractor offering a role with the chance to work on exciting projects alongside a great company with long term stability.

This principle contractor have been established for around 50 years and have built their reputation on working on interesting unique projects whilst offering a high quality service. They specialise in the refurbishment of a range of Commercial Projects , including internal and external works. They have a strong pipeline of work due to a number of framework agreements they have got from repeat clients which means they can also offer longevity and stability. They have experience consistent steady growth over the last 50 years and due to a new project they are seeking a facades Site Manager to join on a years fixed term contract with the aim to go permanent.

In this role you will be working on a project from concept to completion with the aim to move to onto other projects in and around central London. Leading the Site team you will be responsible for sub-contractor management, Coordination of sites, organising road closures where necessary and liaising with the Design and Commercial departments.

The role:
- Working on an external cladding refurbishment project
- Working on projects from concept through to completion
- Organising and management of sub-contractors and labour
The person:
- Facades experience
- Site management experience
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
