Job Description

Our client, a high-performing Corporate Services team is looking for a Workplace Services Operator to join their Edinburgh office for a 6-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our office and clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the records management database, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies, and providing a complete audit trail.
  • Manage daily photocopying, printing, and binding tasks.
  • Distribute post daily, scan incoming mail, and log all registered letters.
  • Oversee local office equipment, including multi-functional devices (MFDs) and postal equipment, liaising with service engineers when necessary.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any queries via phone, post, or email.
  • Work closely with the Legal Support team to ensure timely document handling and communication.
  • Provide administrative support to legal teams and fee earners, including filing, archiving, and stock control.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Initially, this role is offered on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate. This is a full-time office-based role in Edinburgh City Centre, please only apply if you are happy to be in the office 5 days per week.
