Burman Recruitment is working with a UK leading University to recruit a Facilities Manager on a 3-6 months contract.
START: ASAP
IR35: INSIDE
LOCATION: South East
Key responsibilities:
- Manage compliance across all properties
- Ensure premises are Maintained and repairs promptly carried out
- Manage contractors
- Stakeholder Management - Operations in particular – ensuring customers are satisfied with premises, updates and refreshes are scheduled, contractor service levels are maintained and satisfactory
- Participate in Project Management of centre fit outs, particularly the transition to operation
- Supervise Facilities Staff
- Procurement of Services, FF&E and Contractors
