Prestigious law firm is seeking a Facilities Manager to jointheir thriving Facilities department in London on a permanent basis.

  • Salary to £70,000
  • 9.30am to 5.30pm

This is afantastic opportunity for a Facilities Manager with proven facilitiesmanagement experience gained from a law firm or professional servicesenvironment.

Facilities ManagerResponsibilities:

  • Responsibilityfor the facilities helpdesk service and query resolution includingliaising with building management and external contractors.
  • Ensuring all contractors and suppliers provide a costeffective and high-quality service.
  • Ensuring all pre-plannedcontractor works are undertaken in accordance with in-house andbuilding management processes.
  • Ensuring the officeenvironment is effective for agile working.
  • Acting as ProjectManager, under the direction of the Head of Business Services, on allfacilities projects.
  • Responsibility for managing theFacilities Assistant and General Office team.
  • Facilities management experience gained from a law firmor professional services environment.
  • Experience in managing tenant demisedareas within a multi-occupancy building.
  • Refurbishmentproject experience within an agile working environment
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
