Our client are an established B2B services company that are launching a brand new Facilities Management Service. They are now seeking a Facilities Manager who wants to be part of this new venture, becoming a vital and successful part of the business. The office is based in Swinton, easily accessible from the M60 and with free parking.
Key responsibilities
- Create business plan to launch the Facilities Manager Service
- Contacting the existing client base, offering these new services.
- Sourcing suitable outsourced service providers
- Build a team overtime
The ideal candidate will have previous Facilities Management experience, have great relationship management skills and be entreprenuerial. We would be keen to speak to any facilities coordinators, facilities planners, facilties leads, facilities management leads etc.
