On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Family/Childcare Solicitor.
The right candidate will have evidenced post qualification experience and significant pre-qualification experience in the relevant specialist area of Family & Childcare. Specifically, the role requires membership of theChildren Panel(or a willingness and determination to achieve panel membership within a couple of years of joining) and a full understanding of the supervisory role undertaken for work financed by the Legal Aid Agency. The role offers beginning to end case management of own caseload within the Family Department.
A strong record of service delivery and client relationship management, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to inspire confidence and respect among colleagues and clients is also required.
