We are in search of a skilled family solicitor for a well-established law firm in Buckinghamshire. You will need to hold at least 3 years PQE managing your own caseloads and you will be able to assist the running and development of the Family Department.
The role requires you to have experience of:- Divorce and Civil Partnership;
- Matrimonial / Civil partnership finance matters;
- Private law children’s cases;.
- Co-habitation agreements and disputes;
- Separation agreements;
- Nuptial agreements; and
- Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders
As well as the above specialist knowledge, it is important that you have good working knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct and Accounts Rules. You should be able to work independently with little administrative support.
This is an office-based role in Chesham, South Buckinghamshire. Due to COVID-19 home based working is permitted however, once restrictions are reduced the role will resume office-based working. The role might involve occasional travel to the firm’s other offices. Whilst there is no direct parking at the Chesham office, there is plenty of parking in the area. This role will include standard benefits to include holiday, pension etc.
