With a number of Legal 500, chambers and Partners and Spears 500 recognised individuals in their ranks you will be part of an award-winning Family team.Due to growth within their Lancashire office, there is an opportunity for a Paralegal to join this ambitious team. There is a genuine opportunity to progress, the sky is the limit with what you can achieve.You will be working closely alongside the Senior Associates and Partners to implement the department strategy, undertaking Family matters within:Divorce, dissolution, separation and financial ordersThe valuation and treatment of businesses and inheritancesCohabitation agreementsCohabitation breakdownPre- and post-nuptial agreementsArrangements for children on the breakdown of a relationshipChild maintenance and financial provision for childrenInternational family cases RequirementsYou will be a Family ParalegalYou will be currently working within a very reputable firm and Family departmentA meticulous eye for detailRemuneration You will receive a competitive salary and along with an excellent remuneration package.
