Family Safeguarding Social Worker Mendip-Somerset County Council A bit about us
Somerset County Council have an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Workers to join our Family Safeguarding teams in Mendip. The key purpose of the role is to work alongside families to support and develop motivations for change and to improve the outcomes for our most vulnerable young people and families. As we continue to work within our Family Safeguarding model, you will be able to work alongside adult-focused practitioners, working within our teams, in the specialist areas of substance misuse, domestic abuse, and mental health, to inform assessments and plans.
