Family Solicitor position in North Ayrshire, Scotland: Job Title: Family Solicitor Location: North Ayrshire, Scotland Hours: Full-Time or part time available They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to discuss their family law issues, providing clear and empathetic advice. Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial settlements. Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated. Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, petitions, and court applications.
