2 + years PQE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join my client's esteemed family law team. My client, a well-established law firm with offices in Stockport, Chester, Macclesfield, and Congleton, specialises in providing expert guidance on a wide range of family law matters.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling complex family law cases, including divorce and separation, financial matters, child arrangements, and more. Drawing on a wealth of experience, the candidate will contribute to the firm's commitment to a compassionate and constructive approach to resolving family issues.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in family law. They should possess a comprehensive understanding of divorce and separation proceedings, financial claims, and child arrangements. Expertise in handling cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and civil partnerships is highly desirable.
Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team, where transparency on costs and an unwavering focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients are paramount. While my client is unable to offer legal aid as part of its family law services, the firm provides a supportive and professional environment for career development.
