Hours: Full-Time or part time available
They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their family law issues, providing clear and empathetic advice.
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial settlements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
- Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, petitions, and court applications.
