Family Solicitor 2-3 Years PQE
£42k–£48K
Surrey/Hybrid
Our client is one of the largest legal practices in Surrey, and one of the South East’s leading law firms. They have been recommended in The Legal 500, and 19 lawyers within the firm are individually recommended. They have an opening for a Family Solicitor to join one of their busy offices and you will ideally be 2- 3 years PQE.
The role
You will play an important part in maintaining the high levels of service that the department wishes to continue to provide to its expanding client base. You will manage your own caseload of private family matters to include the following:
- Divorce
- Separation
- Financial remedy
- Private law children matters
- Cohabitees/unmarried couples
- It will be an advantage if you are a member of resolution.
What are they looking for?
- Qualified Family Solicitor ideally 2-3 years PQE with experience of managing your own caseload of private family matters
- Enthusiastic, committed and hard working
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Well-developed interpersonal, social and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
