An opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE to join a reputable multi-service boutique law firm based in North Manchester.
The team has grown steadily in the last few years, with new client wins and lateral hires and the team is now looking for its next leader. This team only undertakes privately funded work.
Following the planned retirement of the Partner who currently specialises within Family, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner and Head Of The Family department.
You will inherit a good quality client list with a full caseload of mostly finances on divorce/separation and some private law Children Act work.
You will have full autonomy and be involved in supporting 2 juniors within the team.
About you
- At least 2-3 years PQE working on private family matters.
- You are preferably already a Resolution Accredited specialist in Finances on Divorce and Private Law Children work.
- You will be commercially aware of billing/recovery/targets and used to working to deadlines and targets.
- Willing to engage in business development events and requirements on behalf of the firm.
