The successful Senior Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will be involved in the growth, strategy and future of this successful department, who focus exclusively on privately funded Family work.
With a reduced case load (approximately 70%), the successful Senior Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will advise on:
- Divorce and matrimonial work
- Finance
- Private law children
You will also be responsible for:
- Business development/marketing activity in order to develop work for the highly experienced team
- Strategy of the long-term future of the department
- Growing the team through supported recruitment
This role would suit an ambitious Family Solicitor/Legal Executive who has strong commercial acumen and an interest in business development.
