Family Solicitor - Senior Associate/Partner BBBH50146_1704272980 Due to further growth in the firm, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor to join the Legal 500-backed Family team in Chelmsford, Essex, at Senior Associate or Partner Level.Despite an impressive heritage, the firm has embraced modern ways of working and has a progressive, collegiate culture. As well as fee earning, you'll play an active part in overseeing more junior members of the team, therefore, supervisory experience is highly desirable. You will be working alongside senior members of the practice, assisting in growing and developing the department.The ideal candidate:You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 7+ years PQEA collaboratively trained Family lawyer and member of Resolution would be advantageous, although not essential As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department.
