Family support Social Worker / East England | £40/h
Are you tired of high caseloads and a schedule you are struggling to manage? We are delighted to be partnered with a local council based in the East of England where you will join the family safeguarding team and be welcomed into a small team with long term management who focus on building a supportive culture and a well organised environment. You will also take advantage of having an evenly managed caseload allowing you more time to focus on the service users and give the best quality service.
This local council prides itself on a supportive management team and having worked with them extensively they have a long term management team giving you the best support and effective decision making. As well as this you will be offered a flexible working schedule and hybrid working giving you a great home working setup to make the most of a good work/life balance.
