Fantastic Interim opportunity - Senior Legal Counsel, Technology/TMT - 6 Months FTC (Fixed Term Contract) - Minimum 5 Years PQE
We are working with a International Group on a fantastic new Interim role for a Senior Legal Counsel with excellent Technology experience. They are looking for a smart, experienced and highly motivated Senior Tech Lawyer to help their fast-growing team at this highly successful and rapid growth business. This role is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) from the end of May/beginning of June.
They are looking for a motivated and highly capable individual, with at least 5 years PQE, preferably have a short notice period and come with a high level of tech as well as commercial understanding. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will have an interesting and varied workload encompassing a broad range of legal matters.
The successful candidate will be:
● Qualified as a solicitor in a UK jurisdiction with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
● Strong academic background, with training at a reputable UK or international law firm.
● Highly organised and able to manage concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
● Strong communicator, skilled at advising and influencing on complex topics in a direct, commercial manner without jargon or sitting on the fence.
● Willing to work on a broad range of projects, to try new things, and to step outside your legal specialism to help the team.
