We are working with a International Group on a fantastic new role for a Senior Legal Counsel with excellent Technology experience. They are looking for a smart, experienced and highly motivated Senior Tech Lawyer to help their fast-growing team at this highly successful and rapid growth business.
They are looking for a motivated and highly capable individual, with at least 5 years PQE with a high level of Tech sector understanding and experience. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will have an interesting and varied workload encompassing a broad range of legal matters.
The successful candidate will be:
- Qualified as a solicitor in a UK jurisdiction with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Strong academic background, with training at a reputable UK or international law firm.
- Highly organised and able to manage concurrent projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communicator, skilled at advising and influencing on complex topics in a direct, commercial manner without jargon or sitting on the fence.
- Willing to work on a broad range of projects, to try new things, and to step outside your legal specialism to help the team.
And the successful candidate will have experience in:
- Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
- Statement Of Work agreements (SoW)
- Master Service Agreements (MSA)
