Farm Regional Business Manager (Northern Ireland) - Farm Animal Opportunities We have a rare and exciting opportunityfor a Regional Business Manager to join our Farm Division, overseeing our Northern Ireland practices. This is a newly created role working with practice teams to build our CVS Farm Vets NI brand through striving to provide forward thinking, progressive farm veterinary services and medicines at competitive prices to farming enterprises all across the province. Our CVS Farm Vets NI business consists of 4 long-standing and established practices, Three Valleys, BVC Farm Vets, Campsie and Strule and O'Reilly & Fee, operating across 8 sites in Counties Armagh, Tyrone and Fermanagh. We employ more than 30 vets including a European Specialist in Cattle Health and Production alongside several certificate holding Advanced Practitioners as well as many vets with 10 years+ experience in farm practice. Our admin team consists of more than 30 individuals many of whom are SQP qualified and all have a huge passion for providing a friendly and efficient service to our clients. As part of our wider Farm Division the successful candidate will work as part of a Regional Business Manager team across the UK. Within the CVS Farm Vets NI business this role will operate alongside our Senior Clinical Director and have responsibility for all the sales and administrative functions of the practices. With the goal of being the most successful Farm Vet group in NI by . The overall aims of the role are to: Take a broad ranging view of the farming and veterinary industries, constantly seeking new opportunities to grow and improve our service and sales provision. Build our fledgling ‘CVS Farm Vets NI' brand through active marketing across social media and traditional platforms alongside organising and attending agri-events throughout the year. Manage a co-ordinated sales approach across all sites, focusing on preventative medicines and a pro-active approach to improving livestock health and production. Co-ordinate a regional approach to Advanced Breeding , TB Testing and Veterinary Consultancy Services to best utilise the skills and knowledge held across all our teams. Actively engage with outside stakeholders including clients, buying groups, suppliers and industry bodies to build relationships and develop opportunities across the vet and agri-industries. We are keen to hear from you if you: Have a passion for the agricultural industry and the people involved in it.Bring an enthusiasm to understanding the veterinary environment, the products and services we offer and the changing nature of competition between practices. Can communicate confidently and enthusiastically with a wide range of stakeholders from individual clients and buying groups to pharmaceutical suppliers and government organisations. Can build great working relationships while driving performance and change across multiple teams and practice locations. Have the organisational skills to run marketing campaigns and organise events, whilst also managing budgets and achieving sales targets. As this is an on-site position, the successful candidate will be required to work in all our 8 practice sites across Armagh, Tyrone and Fermanagh.
