Job Description This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 1 day per week. Joining us as a FEX Delivery Coordinator You will work with and support the FEX Delivery team, consisting of internal and external parties to provide co-ordination and tracking and reporting of the low-level activities involved in the delivery of a new FEX site (or expansion of an existing one) from the Acquisition stage through to sign off and handover into Operations. You’ll receive a salary  up to £35,000  and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing. This is some of what you can expect to be doing: Ensure that all dates associated with the build of a CityFibre FEX are captured and communicated to all interested parties Communicate changes to dates and report on the impact on down-stream tasks Ensure that all required project documentation is completed and up-to-date What you’ll bring to the role Experience of planning and controlling complex, multi-work stream projects effectively (from start-up through to closure). You’ll also have: Demonstrable project management skills and expertise across all aspects of projects Experience of leading meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders Devising and delivering mitigations to address key risks facing the project Strong analytical and reporting skills Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging We’re a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality.
