FIELD ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE FULL-TIME POSITION - PERMANENT CONTRACT 100% REMOTE from London or HYBRID in Barcelona, Spain Do you want to travel the world? We are seeking a top-performing Field Account Executive ready to embrace challenges and join our dynamic team Start Date: ASAP Duration: Full-time (40 hours/week) Type: Permanent contract Location: Two options are available - 100% REMOTE from London or HYBRID in Barcelona, Spain - but you will travel a lot in EMEA and North America About Lodago: Lodago is a dynamic early-stage startup disrupting the market since 2022. We offer a cutting-edge meeting management platform for in-person events and virtual meetings. We have successfully onboarded enterprise clients across the USA and Europe. Our platform is built exclusively on prospect and customer led feedback. We continuously iterate to enhance the platform with industry leading capabilities. We have a proven go-to-market strategy that includes unique tradeshow lead generation, product-matched walkthroughs, accelerated sign-up and onboarding, and a focused customer relationship lifecycle. Our team currently consists of 15 dedicated professionals, including dedicated team members supporting the sales effort. We focus on nurturing talent and recognizing potential for growth. Who we are looking for: We are in search of a Field Account Executive eager to embrace fresh challenges and contribute to our exciting journey We're seeking an exceptionally engaging salesperson who has consistently excelled and ranked among the best in their previous roles. Q4 will be an intense period, and we need someone who's fully prepared for the challenge Your profile: A top-tier performer in current and previous roles. A professional execution and growth mindset. 3 years of SDR experience and 2 years of AE experience, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully driving sales initiatives and achieving targets. Experience in a tech startup. Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of relationship management principles, enabling you to articulate compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients. Fluent in English with a minimum C1 proficiency. Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 3 times a month, to generate leads at tradeshows in both EMEA and the USA. Our product/market: Our flagship product is Lodago Events, an automated meeting management platform designed specifically for trade shows and in-person events. We have successfully onboarded NASDAQ and Fortune 500 companies. Our primary ICP is enterprise-level businesses. Our customer base is predominantly located in the USA, followed by Europe. Your tasks: Generate leads by attending trade shows (approximately 3 times a month) in both EMEA and North America, engaging face-to-face with event managers. Contribute to and implement sales strategies customized to meet the unique needs and objectives of each prospect. Analyze market trends, prospect feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion. Report to the Sales Director on sales initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic developments. Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and results-oriented performance. Why choose Lodago?
