Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures and reports Operational and technical problem-solving, managing requests for additional equipment, personnel, and resources. Records personnel and (where necessary) equipment hours Works closely with the client to define work-scopes and allocates resources to projects in line with client requirements Become familiar with regulatory standards & guidelines to make sure company is compliant in operating location. Pre-job briefing process, ensuring team members are fully familiar with work-scopes, job packs, deliverables, equipment, etc. Ensures team members maintain, service and repair equipment at work site in accordance with company procedures Tracks project budgets and personnel/equipment hours, etc. on a daily/on-going basis Co-ordinates shipping of additional/replacement equipment to work-sites Complete/review Management of Change documentation as requested by the client or internally Participates/hosts client meetings with a focus on maintaining positive relationships, etc. Attends Company Meetings and provides regular updates of current work load Engages in offshore visits. as part of the operations team, to undertake surveys when required Participates in sales activities to promote products and services Carry out any other duties as reasonably requested by line manager Be proactive in QHSE tasks, such as leading Risk assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, JSA’s etc Required Qualifications and Experience: Extensive experience, gained in both offshore and overseas work environments Engineering Degree Preferred Strong understanding of HSEQ and HR policies and procedures Current BOSIET and MIST certificates Current offshore medical IOSH Managing Safely certificate Interpersonal/ Key Skills: Good Project management skills Good day to day organisational skills Experienced supervisor of offshore and onshore operations Good listening skills Good IT skills including the main components of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, TEAMS) Excellent communication skills including making presentations, writing reports, etc. Commercially smart with a good understanding of accounts, budgeting, costing/estimating, etc.
