Field Loss Adjuster £35,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) + Company Car Remote MUST be based in East Anglia We are currently looking for people with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join a Nationwide company with excellent benefits. We are looking for people with claims (high net worth), adjusting/ property claims experience. What will you be doing? Conducting site visits and assessments to establish the cause of claim. Working closely with field-based adjusters and supported with adjuster technicians to provide a professional and high-quality service to clients and customers. Dealing with light commercial and domestic property claims Engaging and empathising with the customer to ensure a high level of customer service is offered at all times. Understanding the relevance of the information obtained to decide upon a step by step plan to conclude the claim Effectively maintaining the line of communication between the various parties, thus orchestrating a successful claims outcome and creating a joined up process. Communication may be written or verbal. Appropriately obtaining high quality information by investigating in a timely manner, supported by site notes, photographs, witness statements, and other appropriate evidence Demonstrating the confidence and knowledge to make decisions regarding policy liability and risk management issues. Providing a high level of technical, quality and customer service commitment. Remaining customer and client focussed throughout the life of a claim, taking all the necessary steps to achieve customer satisfaction within the parameters of policy cover. Engaging with clients, customers and suppliers via email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service Quickly responding to queries that arise within the position and carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise. Build rapport and gain positive relationship with customers and colleagues. What are they looking for? Over 5 years experience in a similar role Some construction industry experience/ knowledge would be an advantage CILA Qualified or working towards the qualification Self-motivated Ability to make decisions, plan and see claims through from start to finish Must be inquisitive and a problem solver Ability to work under pressure A natural communicator and a flare for building rapport with people over the phone A great team player Enthusiastic and confident Clean driving licence Hours and Benefits Monday Friday 37.5 hours per week between 9am 5pm 33 days holiday (increasing to 38 after 5 years service) Birthday off work Charity Days Off Healthcare Can purchase extra holidays Cycle to work scheme In house training academy Paid lunch once a week when in the office Team nights out Annual Staff awards Interested?
