This Role:

We are seeking a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to help Recorded Future extend its leadership position in the Threat Intelligence industry by overseeing industry events, user conferences and campaigns to help drive qualified opportunities for the sales team. The position is responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to generate new prospects, improve customer retention and drive partner marketing engagement in DACH, Benelux, Nordics and Eastern Europe, all key growth markets for the Recorded Future business.

What you’ll do as a Field and Partner Marketing Manager :

  • Integrate with EMEA field sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing, and channel teams to develop field marketing programs that accelerate EMEA pipeline growth
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Research, choose, design, and manage live field and partner events ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy
  • Experience managing large scale conference and summits
  • Implement a targeted account strategy to support account-based selling
  • Work with the marketing team to produce marketing assets to be used at field marketing events
  • Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on the impact of programs
  • Maintain a tight interlock and collaboration with the EMEA (Business Development Rep) BDR team yielding qualified leads through the funnel

What you’ll bring as a Field and Partner Marketing Manager:

  • You will have experience driving field marketing efforts for a high technology, B2B organisation - cybersecurity industry experience preferred.
  • Natively fluent in English and German as an additional language would be an advantage
  • In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing strategies across EMEA
  • Strong marketing budget management skills
  • Solid appreciation of working in a fast moving, hyper growth environment
  • Experience with key marketing and sales tools (SFDC, HubSpot knowledge a plus)
