Our client is a SaaS business whose bespoke cloud-based solutions help private hire taxi and limousine services of all sizes. They are now seeking a Field/Inside Sales Manager to motivate and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets and Key Performance Indicators.


About you

You are an experienced coach, mentor, trainer, and leader. You love building, coaching, and enabling successful outbound focused inside sales teams through a clear vision, structure, and strategy. You create a thriving, fun, and high-energy team culture based on a shared set of values and thoughtfully designed sales processes.


The role

As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive outbound lead generation, book appointments and manage opportunities through to close. You will mentor team members and work with other senior managers to create a cohesive relationship


Day-to-day responsibilities

Coaching, training, and motivating a Sales team to generate sales opportunities

Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and creative incentives

Provide weekly/monthly KPI reports to Senior Management

Build efficient processes to identify and research lists of companies to target

Using the internal systems to track and report on performance. Demonstrating the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly to meet the needs of the team

Embody our client's core values and act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally

What are the requirements?


Requirements:

  • strong track record of B2B sales ideally within SaaS/technology (essential) - min 3 years
  • passion, hunger, and motivation to smash targets
  • excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • ability to set and forecast monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
  • great commercial acumen, thrives on setting the strategy to maximize sales opportunities


It is key that this person is a strong coach and mentor as well as possessing the entrepreneurial spirit to drive rapid growth.
