£35,000 - £40,000 with uncapped commission

Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing B2B customers?
Want a role that allows you to be out in the field up to 3 days a week?
Looking to be financially rewarded for nurturing and growing predominantly existing customers?
We are delighted to be supporting a well-established, family-run business in Cheltenham. Your role will be to promote the company product portfolio to businesses across the UK.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Increase market awareness of the company and product lines available.
- Create a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Present and work through contracts/tenders to meet customers’ requirements, managing customer expectations.
- Develop strategies to reach sales goals.
- Create, manage, and update forecasts.
- A focus on new business where possible
- Develop relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Ideally you will have worked in a field sales role before or looked after a territory.
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of personal motivation
- Commercial acumen and comfortable with numbers
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Flexibility about working across all areas of the business and hours to meet the requirements of this challenging position.
- Full CLEAN driving license
