Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of ISOCLEAN and ISOSKIN offerings. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and increasing market penetration within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting our product’s benefits, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including healthcare facilities, educational institutions, food processing plants, hospitality venues, and public sector organizations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of Isoclean Hypochlorous.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position Isoclean Hypochlorous.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the beauty & health care sector.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and report on sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
