Field Service Engineer- Remote Role in Heathrow Type of emolyment: Permanent Working Hours: Monday- Friday (Flexibility required) Salary: up to £35k+5% bonus+overtime Location: Remote role / London- Heathrow On behalf of our client, leading Coffee Machine manufacturer that provides professional coffee solutions throughout the UK we are looking to appoint Field Service Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities: Install, commission and set up the commercial coffee equipment Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services Attend re-active breakdown Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment) Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in the service van To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required) To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business Monday - Friday and 1 in 4 weekends working on call Benefits : Up to £35,000p/a + 5% annual bonus scheme Full training supplied then joining the 1-4 weekend rota once signed off Competitive weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday overtime rate 40 hours standard on-site working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break.
