The Role - Field Service Supervisor, Access Control Systems
Following expansion they seek to recruit a customer focused and highly motivated Field Service Supervisor responsible for:
Leading a team of eleven engineers
Developing the engineering team to provide effective solutions for automation equipment including gates, barriers and turnstiles
Assisting the office team in organising workflow and parts and spares
Utilising KPIs to ensure targets are met
Ensuring van stock levels are maintained
Overseeing the team completing all necessary service reports
Your Background - Field Service Supervisor, Access Control Systems
To succeed in this varied and exciting role you will have:
Experience in a supervisory field service or technical support role, working with electro-mechanical capital equipment
A technical qualification, such as City & Guilds, ONC or HNC in Engineering
Any exposure to access control systems, gates, barriers and turnstiles would be beneficial
Experience of repairing car parking, ticketing or fare automation systems or automatic doors would be beneficial
