Group Financial Controller Location: Guildford, office based 4-5 days per week Eton Bridge Partners are partnering with a pioneering, PE-backed, business to appoint a Group Financial Controller based from their Guildford office. We are seeking candidates that ideally will have experience within a Private Equity environment that are eager to join a successful business where they can gain experience, grow with the company and grab new opportunities. **Be a trusted partner, working closely with the CFO to support the Finance function in all aspects of technical accounting - including financial reporting, controls and processes. Bring knowledge of how a strong Finance team should operate, and suggest ideas towards making improvements. Work collaboratively with the team to cover BAU accounting in a high-volume environment. Review systems and support with any changes/implementations. Coordinate and manage external audits, acting as the main point of contact with auditors. . **Qualified accountant with a solid technical understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management. Track record of process improvement and implementing effective financial controls.
