Job Description

Culligan Shared Services is looking for a dedicated and analytical FP&A Finance Analyst to join our finance team. As a global leader in water solutions, Culligan is dedicated to providing clean and safe water to people around the world.

In this role, you will report to the Head of FP&A, supporting the consolidation of the Culligan UKI forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis as required by leadership. The FP&A Finance Analyst will work closely with the Business Partners and provide strategic analysis for financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis and other projects requested for senior management.

This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide insight to Finance Leadership to support the creation of the overall business plans
  • Build good working relationships with Business Partners, providing insightful analysis that drive their vertical's profitable growth
  • Working with the Business Partners to develop the annual business plans, budgets and cash flow projections and finalizing the outputs
  • Gather data and other inputs from appropriate sources for the budgets and forecasts and upload the data and carry out control checks
  • Conduct analysis, provide insight and commentary by working closely with Business Partners and the Management Accounts teams
  • Integration and maintenance of Business Intelligence Tools and Dashboard reports via standard ways of working throughout the group
  • Contribute to process excellence by identifying improvement opportunities to make the process leaner and effective
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Excellent business analysis skills and proficiency with analytical tools
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • The location of the office is a 20 minute walk from the nearest public transport stop or ideally will have your own transport.
