Finance and Commercial Operations Director

Based: Littlemore, Oxford or other BBOWT office location. Hybrid working is available.
Salary: £67,000 - £70,000, depending on experience
Please note this salary isfor 35 hours per week, per annum (to be pro-rated in accordance with part time hours)
Contract:Permanent
Hours:28 - 35 hours per week. Flexibility in working pattern

What you’ll be doing;

  • Overall responsibility for all financial aspects of BBOWT’s operations
  • Focusing on strategic financial planning, commercial development and management and charity governance
  • Oversee the development and support of commercial activities and innovations providing financial expertise in long term financial planning and identifying funding opportunities.
  • Oversee BBOWT’s Visitor Centres, IT and office facilities across the estate

  • Excellent financial scenario planning skills
  • The ability to achieve financial and outcome targets, including in uncertain conditions
  • A knack for identifying funds and resources for initiatives and new ideas
  • A senior leader to deliver outcomes across multiple disciplines
