Finance and Commercial Operations Director
Based: Littlemore, Oxford or other BBOWT office location. Hybrid working is
available.
Salary: £67,000 - £70,000, depending on experience
Please note this salary isfor 35 hours per week, per annum (to be pro-rated in
accordance with part time hours)

Hours:28 - 35 hours per week. Flexibility in working pattern

What you’ll be doing;
- Overall responsibility for all financial aspects of BBOWT’s operations
- Focusing on strategic financial planning, commercial development and management and charity governance
- Oversee the development and support of commercial activities and innovations providing financial expertise in long term financial planning and identifying funding opportunities.
- Oversee BBOWT’s Visitor Centres, IT and office facilities across the estate

- Excellent financial scenario planning skills
- The ability to achieve financial and outcome targets, including in uncertain conditions
- A knack for identifying funds and resources for initiatives and new ideas
- A senior leader to deliver outcomes across multiple disciplines
