Hours: 28 - 35 hours per week. Salary pro-rated for part-time hours.

Location: Littlemore, Oxford or other BBOWT office location. Hybrid working available.

What you’ll be doing;

* Overall responsibility for all financial aspects of BBOWT’s operations
* Focusing on strategic financial planning, commercial development and management and charity governance
* Oversee the development and support of commercial activities and innovations providing financial expertise in long term financial planning and identifying funding opportunities.
* Oversee BBOWT’s Visitor Centres, IT and office facilities across the estate

* The ability to achieve financial and outcome targets, including in uncertain conditions
* A knack for identifying funds and resources for initiatives and new ideas
* A senior leader to deliver outcomes across multiple disciplines
