Job Description

Complete operational routines in a timely manner relating to purchase orders, invoices, cheques, income, payroll, sales invoices and expenses Receipt and distribution of goods and services for trust only goods and services Matching invoices against purchase orders. Reconciliations to supplier statements Process and reconcile credit card transactions, including invoices Assist staff to resolve any supplier or order queries in a timely manner Under the direction of the Finance Officer, provide training to colleagues on finance administrative tasks Assist with the monthly management accounts by ensuring all transactions including journal entries are processed on a timely basis, and are processed in the correct month Post journal entries including internal charges, credit card expenditure, printing and any other journals as required Bank any cash income as and when required Act within our Code of Conduct at all times, working to collaborate with colleagues and clients
