The Finance Business Partner will be an integral part of the team, providing strategic insights and commercial analysis across all departments. With a focus on e-commerce, the role demands a proactive approach to improve financial performance and drive the business forward.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide financial recommendations to enhance business performance and partner with key stakeholders across multiple teams
• Analyse key performance drivers and prepare weekly finance updates.
• Support various departments with financial insights, especially marketing, operations, NPD, and retail teams.
• Identify key risk and opportunity areas and present to the SLT
• Conduct cash forecasting and model different business scenarios.
• Review pricing strategies and identify cost-saving or revenue-generating opportunities.

Essential Skills:

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified.
• Strong experience in e-commerce.
• Excellent numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an inquisitive nature and confidence to challenge SLT for overall business profitability
