Job Description
We are excited to be partnering with an industry leading PE backed consultancy with multiple offices. The business is highly successful and has grown to over 700 heads, and is entering a period of substantial growth. As a result, the business is looking to bring on an ambitious Finance Business Partner to support with business goals and a potential event.
The successful candidate will work very closely with the Head of FP&A and across the business to help drive the business’ strategy forward. This is a great opportunity to join a business that's renowned for being a very rewarding place to work with brilliant culture and a fast track to promotion.
Key Responsibilities
Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
Compile forecast reports, for presentation to leadership
Coordinate with Management Accountants and Operations during month-end, to understand performance drivers
Ownership of accounts, supporting through month-end, analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
Provide analysis on risk, recommending mitigation methods
Essential background:
ACCA / CIMA / ACA Qualified
Strong attention to detail
Great communication
Professional services / technology experience
