Partner Financial are working with a listed retail business with a growing reputation in the market for excellent product offering and customer service. The business is going through a period of functional change, development, and expansion into new markets and are looking to appoint a finance business partner who will offer commercial insight and influence the finance team to achieve their operational goals.



The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance and will be capable of effectively communicating at all levels with the ability to identify finance & operational process pinch-points and implement relevant efficiencies.



Key Responsibilities:



Influencing and driving actions across investments (CAPEX & OPEX).
Working closely with the business unit to actively drive the business by identifying key insights and emerging trends.
Partnering with senior leadership to define and develop appropriate KPIs for the business.
Providing financial insight to enable informed decision making.
Developing a process to ensure KPIs can be accurately calculated, collated and used to drive business performance.
Acting as a key advisor to the business unit through financial insight and data, helping to continually challenge assumptions.
Modelling of new scenarios and new investment decisions.



The Candidate:



Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
Previous experience working with in a large international company as a finance business partner is ideal but not mandatory.
Experience within Technology an advantage.
Previous experience working across multiple functions within a business.
Extensive experience of senior stakeholder management.
