GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Finance Business Partner Integrated Supply Chain Management is responsible for managing (in close cooperation with the business owners) the financial performance of Integrated Supply Chain Management. This role will involve close collaboration with the Supply Chain and AMO management team to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and utilization. The Finance Business Partner also coordinates the In Country Value Reporting for the group and drives improvements in the ICV% in line with our growth strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track Supply Chain & AMO performance, costs, and key metrics. Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and potential risks. Budgeting & Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely forecasts related to costs, inventory levels, and capital expenditures. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Supply Chain & AMO leaders to understand business needs and challenges, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive performance improvements. Support the development and implementation of strategies, ensuring financial considerations are integrated into planning and execution. Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Identify cost drivers and work with cross-functional teams to implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives. Risk Management: Assess financial risks associated with Supply Chain & AMO operations and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies related to supply chain activities. Stakeholder Communication: Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between the finance team and Supply Chain management to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function and across the Supply Chain & AMO operations. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance financial and operational performance. Cost control: Drives continuous costs and cash flow efficiencies through partnering with operation and Supply Chain & AMO teams ICV reports: Organizes and completes the submission of various group ICV reports. Drives ICV% improvements with the business and operation in line with our growth strategy QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Degree level educated Fully qualified accountant of a recognized accountancy body Minimum of 5 years post-graduation of broad finance, audit or data analysis experience. Oil & gas, construction, infrastructure or project sector experience is a plus. High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and Excel, Oracle Finance knowledge a plus Tech savvy: familiarity with data query/data management tools is helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects) DESIRED BEHAVIOUR Hands-on personality Business astute Adaptable Ability to travel across the sub-region Result oriented Curiosity for details
