Job Description
- Delivering insightful financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
- Partnering with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for financial performance improvement.
- Providing financial expertise and guidance for key projects and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts.
- Participating in cross-functional teams to drive the financial success of the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Relevant accountancy qualifications.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
