Job Description
- Provide financial insight and strategic support to the industrial / manufacturing team.
- Drive performance and aid decision making through detailed financial analysis.
- Monitor and report on financial performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Ensure financial procedures and controls are maintained and adhered to.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct financial risk assessments.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional qualification in Accounting & Finance.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mind-set.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
