Finance Business Partner

Location: Hampshire

Salary: Up to £51,000 + excellent benefits

We are working with an ambitious forward-thinking arts, entertainment, and visitor attraction operator to find a Finance Business Partner who will support their Hampshire wide venues improve business performance.

Role Overview

  • Prepare annual budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the venue managers, giving them the support, advice, and expertise to ensure targets and financial objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement management systems and processes for all accounts management and transaction processing, working with stakeholders to ensure a joined-up and consistent approach.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, analyzing trends and developing workable solutions to improve future business performance.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization, contributing to the overall success of the whole business.
  • Hybrid working to suit the needs of the business, working from Head Office, visiting venues, and working from home.

The Person

  • Qualified, Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience accountant.
  • Experience in finance and accounting ideally within a similar multi-site operations business like leisure, recreation, retail, or hospitality.
  • Experience in developing and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in producing financial management accounts.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Full driving license and willingness to use your own vehicle for site visits.
