Finance Business Partner / Analyst - Supply & Manufacturing
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-recognised multi-national FMCG company with a great company culture who are looking for a Finance Business partner for a 12month contract paying £60,000-£65,000
Reporting into the Global Procurement FBP, this exciting commercial role makes you the trusted and credible FBP to the Global Supply and Manufacturing Services teams providing financial insights and engaging with stakeholders across the wider business. You will bring a passionate, positive nature to the role which will be vital in supporting the drive of the team and setting the company up for continued success
You will be responsible for:
- Engaging with stakeholders across finance, procurement, and the wider business
- Providing financial and strategic support to guide decisions and drive financial performance
- Development and implementation of strategies
- Performance management
- Mentoring and partnering with Financial control and regional procurement
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A background in Consumer/FMCG/ Retail
- Demonstrable experience with manufacturing/ supply chain
- Strong communication and influencing skills- verbal and written
- The ability to work at pace with ambiguity and change, develop efficient ways of working and be agile in responding to change
- A commercial mindset
