Job Description
As the Finance Business Partner for this exciting business you will be
- Providing real time support and analysis to the operations team.
- Add value that will assist and potentially drive decision making
- Acting as the interface or 'translator' between finance and operations
- Explain finance to 'non finance team members
- Proactively identify and analyse business performance issues
- Provide finance support to Operations driven projects, own the numbers by providing an independent view
- Partner with other departments from Property to Marketing ensuring that finance plays an integral role in the bigger picture
- Drive the commercial budget and forecasting process
- 'On top' of the numbers
