Job Description
Finance Business Partner (Technology)
A leading Private Equity backed Technology business is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to come onboard and help drive a best in class Commercial & FP&A function, partnering with revenue operations, product, technology and sales teams.
The business is highly flexible, with 1/2 days per week in their Central London office and the rest from home.
Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
Support the delivery of key FP&A processes, including monthly Board reporting and the budget cycle, by taking ownership and accountability of parts of the process
Provide insightful commentary to the Head of Finance, Group CFO and Head of Revenue Operations on business performance to support decision making
Build business cases to commercially evaluate key business opportunities to assess potential potential return on investment (ROI)
Provide pricing, in-depth product analysis and ad-hoc scenario modelling regarding current and future performance
M&A activities/integration to support with any acquisitions
Create compelling & insightful presentations for executives as required
To succeed in this role:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
Relevant FP&A/Commercial Finance experience in a high performance and high growth organisation
Hands on, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to partner with non finance stakeholders and influence key commercial decision making
Candidates with a prior background in Audit are sought after
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate results
