The Role:
As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for 11:FS’ day to day financial operations, as well as its long-term financial health and growth. The position will contribute to and establish strategies to help the organisation, earn target profits while overseeing accounting operations, and producing accurate reports on our financial performance and positioning.
You will:
- Oversee and manage financial performance and key health metrics for the company. Including cash flow, debtors, revenue, sales bookings, profit, cost management, and variance analysis.
- Financial control of company accounts, including financial compliance, balance sheet review, payroll oversight, cash flow management, monthly reporting, statutory accounts, etc.
- Own the coordination of budget cycles and timelines
- Final sign-off on commission structures, hiring plans and project contract commercial terms
- Financial and scenario modelling, long-range planning and fundraising support.
- Regular board/steer co. level reporting
- Stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Oversight of the annual audit and any tax filings as well as any credit, rebate or other types of claims
- Manage and mentor a team of mixed abilities; supporting their development and day-to-day operations
- Strategic insight into services, product lines, and their profitability and performance
You have:
- Proven experience as Director of Finance or finance leadership role
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- An analytical mind with a strategic ability
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Experience in a fast paced growth environment
- Expert financial modelling skills
- Experience managing and leading a team
